Is there a way to limit logging to only print every N times in Julia?

I hope this helps you . Check out the Memento documentation on handlers. To log at intervals, you can do something like:
code :
using Memento

mutable struct MyHandler{F<:Formatter, O<:IO} <: Handler{F, O}

c = MyHandler(Memento.DefaultFormatter(), stderr, 10, 0)

function emit(handler::MyHandler{F, O}, rec::Record) where {F<:Formatter, O<:IO}
    if (handler.count += 1) % handler.interval == 0
        str = Memento.format(handler.fmt, rec)
        println(handler.io, str)

Any of those help Your log level is set so that 'info' won't print; by default it doesn't print anything less than WARNING. See Logger.setLevel.

To fix the issue you can do The 'logger.info(message);' line in my code creates this output: , I would do this:
code :
public ControllerException(final String message, int errorcode) {

    Logger logger = Logger.getLogger(ControllerException.class.getName());

    logger.setFilter(new Filter() {
        public boolean isLoggable(LogRecord record) {
            SimpleDateFormat sdf = new SimpleDateFormat("MMM dd',' yyyy HH:mm:ss a");
            String fileName = "error.log";

            try {
                PrintWriter outputStream = new PrintWriter(fileName);
                outputStream.println("Time: " + sdf.format(new Date(record.getMillis())));
                outputStream.println("Reason: " + message);
            } catch (FileNotFoundException e) {

            return true;
