help you fix your problem Using ngForTrackBy should help you here.
The following function should update the element properties whilst keeping the elements in the DOM.
code :
trackByIndex(index: number, data: any) { return index; }

this will help There's two ways of adding a "ngFor" or iterate trough the childs.
One is by transclusion: and the other one is by checking the ViewChildren of the parent component.

help you fix your problem @MizAkita Posting the comment as an answer, since the solution worked.
Lets say you were able to create an array having already drawn report Ids, then you could have another *ngIf after looping for siteMap.
code :
<div *ngFor="let pMap of siteMap.value; let xi = index;">
   <div *ngIf="!newArray.includes(pMap.reportId)"> ... </div>
</div>

this one helps. The problem is you are using the actual index when you should just instantiate a new variable.
code :
var bpiIndex = 0
CurrentArray : string[] = ["X","y","","Z"];
...
ngOnInit() {
  this.BufferArrayNoNull = this.CurrentArray.filter(i=>i);
}
