With these it helps , Per C 2018 8, for the conversion specifier n:

Printing a number without using *printf

Any of those help If your libc contains an itoa() function, you can use it to convert an integer to a string.
Otherwise you'll have to write the code to convert a number to a string yourself.
code :
/* itoa: convert n to characters in s */
void itoa(int n, char s[])
   int i, sign;

   if ((sign = n) < 0)  /* record sign */
      n = -n;           /* make n positive */
   i = 0;
   do { /* generate digits in reverse order */
      s[i++] = n % 10 + '0';  /* get next digit */
   } while ((n /= 10) > 0);   /* delete it */
   if (sign < 0)
      s[i++] = '-';
   s[i] = '\0';

printf isn't printing the right number

I hope this helps you . int *fileItems[]; is equal to int ** fileItems; Most likely you want a array of integers, and not array of pointers to integers.
Change struct declaration to int * fileItems;, and allocate list once before loop:
code :
myFile.fileItems = malloc(sizeof(int) * initialNumberOfElements);
myFile.fileItems = realloc(myFile.fileItems, sizeof(int) * biggerElementCount);

printf printing garbage number

seems to work fine The code as shown prints the address of msg since you do push offset msg. printf expects the value to print, not a pointer to it. As such, this should work:
code :
     mov eax, 17h       ; 23
     mov ecx, 1Eh     ; 30
     add eax, ecx
     push eax
     push offset fmt
     call printf

Difference in outputs while printing value stored in a variable and printing value directly using printf()

wish help you to fix your issue Please be aware that 0.001 is a double value.
In the first example you assigned the double result to float, truncating its significance, which was then promoted to double when passed to printf.
