How do app developers obtain specifications from non-technical clients?

will help you This answer can be highly contexulized. You need to seek the processes and flow that make your team the most efficient which means there isn't a one size fits all approach.
I found a lot of value in a book called "User Stories Applied" (link below). You are trying to create a coupler for your client to drive what you build with out determining how you impliment it. "As a , so that " is a common formatting for a user story. Some people resist this as dogmatic. They need to understand what they write or ask for will drive logic and this is one such interface that prevents lengthy naritives that don't respect how applications are actually built. This is one of those process/culture changes that should be delivered slowly and incrementally. You can't afford to have people see it as going though the motions. Following the user story style of describing desired functionality has worked well for me in the past even though there is quite a bit of resistance Intially.

How to write technical documentation of a web site/software for new developers?

Hope that helps I want to make a technical documentation of an existing web site for developers so that new developers can continue to work with it. In existing codes, little (or not at all) in-code comments or doc-strings are available (bad practice, I know). Yeah, I have seen some posts related to these. But those were not that detailed. Here are all my questions: , Quick and lucid:

Firebase Hosting - Technical Specifications

wish helps you Firebase Hosting will not be running your computations. Since Firebase Hosting is only for static resources (HTML, CSS, client-side JavaScript, etc), there is no "compute" in Firebase Hosting.
You can integrate it with Cloud Functions, which can run your code on Google's servers. Its quotas are documented here: https://cloud.google.com/functions/quotas#time_limits

Is it safe to use a C++ Technical Specifications approved for a future standard in a earlier standard?

wish helps you The real question is whether or not somebody's implemented it, not whether or not it's been approved/merged/whatever of some arbitrary document. Features can be excised, added or modified at any point in time of the standardization process. We've seen things get cut from C++14 right before release and also things that couldn't make it that were later amended. Vendors rely on specific versions of documents when implementing features and so the only surefire way is to consult the documentation of whatever compiler you're using.

What technical specifications are relevant to creating an at-home UnitTest lab?

around this issue Per USB controller you can have a 127 devices (128 minus the controller), bu I am not saying you can simultaneously have 127 devices communicating to the host and maintain any type of data throughput, that is a different story....
The core USB issue with a lot of devices is the power draw. We use special Y cables that have a data only side and a power only side even when using the so-called "powered" USB hubs.
