What is the equivalent of Keil _at_ in gcc

Does that help No, it doesn't. This Keil support page on the topic also suggests there is no direct equivalent of CARM's __at__ and armcc's __attribute__(at) in gcc:
code :
GNU GCC Compiler
Use only pointer definitions to access absolute memory locations. For example:

/* General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) */
#define IOPIN0         (*((volatile unsigned long *) 0xE0028000))
.
.
.
IOPIN0 = 0x4;

Keil vs GCC for ARM7?

I wish did fix the issue. There is very little difference between the two from a coding/development standpoint. The only thing I think you should consider is not specific to these compiler. Maintenance:
Will you be able to maintain the software if you do not have access to the Keil compiler or will it be a minor cost? Also what debughardware/JTAG is supported and what will the cost be if you need to get some?

Why @ replaced with _at_? (CoffeeScript)

I wish this help you You updated to coffee version 1.9. There is an incompatible change in the naming of property arguments. See my answer to this other question, it affects you. Since you are using angular, you can use the array notation for injection. If you want to minify/uglify your code, this is the only way to get the injection right anyway, thus I'd recommend to always do it like that.
Either like this:
code :
class MainController
    constructor: (@$scope, @$log) ->
        @timestamp = Date.now() - 900000

angular
    .module 'app'
    .controller 'MainController', ['$scope', '$log', MainController]
MainCtrlWithInjects = ['$scope', '$log',
    class MainController
    constructor: (@$scope, @$log) ->
        @timestamp = Date.now() - 900000
     ]

angular
    .module 'app'
    .controller 'MainController', MainCtrlWithInjects
