I hope this helps you . In the Node js Documentation, I have seen something like this, , It means that the parameter is optional. Call like
code :
fs.readFile('some/path', options, callback)
fs.readFile('some/path', callback)

will be helpful for those in need Most importantantly, the Flex compiler uses it when interpreting MXML. But really its just metadata, ASDocs & some code completion implementations will use it to show you the available events, but thats about it.
Its in the docs here: http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=createevents_3.html

stylecop: curly bracket inside square bracket

this one helps. I don't think it's possible.
If you really care that much about the rules, and to make your code more readable, I suggest:
code :
var key = new CompositeKey<EnumA, EnumB> { Item1 = EnumA.A, Item2 = EnumB.D };
string something = _someDict[key];

Split by square bracket, even though there is no text inside bracket

Hope that helps I'm having a problem to split the text by using square bracket into array. If there is no text inside square bracket, then it won't be catch. The code is in JavaScript like the example below: , Just replace + (1 or more) with * (0 or more)
code :
var text = 'This note is created on [date] by [admin;operator] for []'
var myArray = text.match(/\[([^[]*)\]/g);

  'A': 0x7,'S':0x8,'D': 0x9,'F': 0xE,

Extract value inside square brackets within another square bracket based on key

like below fixes the issue If you want to match that single value you could use a positive lookbehind and a negated character class:
code :
string[] strings = { "LUB", "Pgm", "Regn", "Month", "Year", "Bywhat" };

foreach (string s in strings)
    string filter = @"[[LUB,=,COMMERCIAL],AND,[Pgm,=,PRIVATE],AND,[Regn,=,Rasna],AND,[Month,=,06],AND,[Year,=,2018],AND,[Bywhat,=,M]]";
    string pattern = string.Format(@"(?<=\[{0},=,)[^]\r\n]+(?=\])", s);
    var m = Regex.Match(filter, pattern);
