even though fetch data is transformed into array, i cannot access those elements

hop of those help? The reason this is happening is because you are doing an asynchronous operation, fetch returns a promise, so async means it will run after sync code runs: in this example it will run after js let fetchedData = []; runs. if that makes sense.
To handle this situation you could call this fetch operation inside a js componentDidMount() {} or js useEffect(() => {})
code :

function App() {
  const [data, setData] = useState([]);

  async function AsyncData() {
   // Here goes your async data, just replace it
// this is fake data
    return await [{
      id: 1,
      name: 'john'
    }]
  }

  useEffect(() => {
    AsyncData()
    .then((data) => setData(data))

  }, [])

  return (
    <div className="App">
      <h1> TEST DATA </h1>
      <ul>
        {data.map(d => {
           return <li key={d.id}> {d.name} </li>
      })}
      </ul>

    </div>
  )
}

render(<App />, document.getElementById('root'));

boost range adaptor similar to transformed which can access adjacent elements

it helps some times You can use something like this. I think it should be tuned, but it works.
code :
template<typename Iterator, typename Functor>
class iterator : public boost::iterator_adaptor<
                 iterator<Iterator, Functor>,
                 Iterator,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::value_type,
                 boost::forward_traversal_tag,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::value_type,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::difference_type
            >, private Functor
{
   typedef boost::iterator_adaptor<
                 iterator<Iterator, Functor>,
                 Iterator,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::value_type,
                 boost::forward_traversal_tag,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::value_type,
                 typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::difference_type
            > base_t;
public:
   friend class boost::iterator_core_access;

   iterator(Iterator current, Functor fnc):
      base_t(current),
      Functor(fnc)
   {
   }

   typename std::iterator_traits<Iterator>::value_type dereference() const
   {
      Iterator i = this->base();
      const Functor& fnc = *this;
      return fnc(*boost::prior(i), *i, *boost::next(i));
   }
};

template<typename Iter, typename Func>
iterator<Iter, Func> make_iterator(Iter i, Func f)
{
   return iterator<Iter, Func>(i, f);
}

template<typename F, typename R>
struct trans_range : public boost::iterator_range<
                     iterator<typename boost::range_iterator<R>::type,
                     F>>
{
   typedef boost::iterator_range<
                     iterator<typename boost::range_iterator<R>::type,
                     F>> base_t;
   trans_range(F f, R& r) :
      base_t(make_iterator(boost::begin(r), f), make_iterator(boost::end(r), f))
   {
   }
};

template< class T >
struct holder
{
   T val;
   holder( T t ) : val(t)
   { }
};

template<typename T>
struct trans_holder : holder<T>
{
   trans_holder(T r) : holder<T>(r) { }
};

template< template<class> class Holder >
struct forwarder
{
   template< class T >
   Holder<T> operator()( T t ) const
   {
       return Holder<T>(t);
   }
};

template<typename R, typename F>
inline trans_range<F, R> operator |(R range, const trans_holder<F>& f)
{
   return trans_range<F, R>(f.val, range);
}

forwarder<trans_holder> transformed = forwarder<trans_holder>();

How to access the elements of array individually and fetch them

By : Dennis Cahillane

I hope this helps you . $que[0] is an array itself. To access the first element within the first element of $que you need to do $que[0][0].

Why are my XML elements losing their data when being transformed to attributes in XSLT?

I wish this help you First off, your XSLT code is a mess really and you did not exactly read what Tim wrote with endless goodwill. For example, there are still several identity templates. What for?
code :
<xsl:template match="order">
    <order job_id="{job_id}" site_code="{site_code}" replace="{Replace}">
       <xsl:apply-templates select="node()"/>
       <xsl:apply-templates select="../master_version"/>
    </order>
</xsl:template>
<order job_id="SC10268" site_code="SC" replace="true">

How can zsh array elements be transformed in a single expansion?

like below fixes the issue It could be possible to take the word by removing from the first occurrence of a white space to the end in each element of the array like this:
code :
$ print ${(qq)a%% *}
'x' 'v'

access json object in array after PDO fetch data

To fix this issue You don't need to use json_encode(). $res is an array of the results, you can access the names from that.
