What is a baseline compiler?

This might help you After digging into many articles and books, I was able to deduce the meaning of “baseline compiler”.
Basically, the job of a baseline compiler is to generate bytecode or machine code as fast as possible. This code however is not very optimized for a processor, hence it’s very inefficient and slow in runtime.

ClearCase : Making new baseline with old baseline activities

By : Amit
Date : March 29 2020, 07:55 AM
may help you . No: Since B1 exists, all activities are "linked" by a common "timeline", and ClearCase will ask you to also include A2.
A possible solution would be to create a sub-stream, and to make a findmerge with only A1 and A3
code :
ct findmerge activity:A1@\pvob activity:A3@\pvob -fcsets -c "report for delivery" -merge -gmerge
ccperl cset.pl -undo A2

What is the difference between Full baseline and Incremental baseline in Clearcase UCM?

Hope that helps It will contain all changes.
Except an incremental baselines will compute those changes by adding:

How to add a fine in existing clearcase baseline? (Not the latest baseline)

seems to work fine No: a baseline is, by its very definition, immutable.
See for instance the article "The power of Unified Change Management"

Calculate relative changes in a time series with respect to a baseline by group. NA if no baseline value was measured

should help you out Your issue was in the ifelse(). According to the ifelse documentation it returns "A vector of the same length...as test". Since any(time==0) is of length 1 for each group (TRUE or FALSE) only the first observation of the meas / meas[time==0] was being selected. This was then repeated to fill each group.
To fix this all I did was rep the any() to be the length of the group. I believe this should work:
code :
df %>% dplyr::group_by(id) %>%
       dplyr::mutate(meas.relative = ifelse(rep(any(time==0),times = n()), meas/meas[time==0], NA) )

  #       id  time  meas meas.relative
  #    <dbl> <dbl> <dbl>         <dbl>
  #  1     1     0     5          1.00
  #  2     1     1     6          1.20
  #  3     1     2     9          1.80
  #  4     2     0     4          1.00
  #  5     2     1     5          1.25
  #  6     2     2     6          1.50
  #  7     3     1     5            NA
  #  8     3     2     6            NA
#[1] 1
as.data.table(df)[, meas.rel := ifelse(rep(any(time==0), .N), meas/meas[time==0], NA_real_)

constraintlayout baseline to baseline with autosize

I hope this helps . I'm using hack for this issue.
Luckily in my case I have two words, so finally I've came up with something like:
code :
private fun getCorrectTextValue(value: Number): SpannableString {
    val currency = getString(R.string.common_currency)
    val formatter = NumberFormat.getInstance(Locale.getDefault())
    val ss = SpannableString("${formatter.format(value)} $currency")
    ss.setSpan(AbsoluteSizeSpan(resources.getDimensionPixelSize(R.dimen.max_text_size)), value.toString().length, value.toString().length + 1, Spannable.SPAN_EXCLUSIVE_EXCLUSIVE)
    return ss
ss.setSpan(AbsoluteSizeSpan(resources.getDimensionPixelSize(R.dimen.max_text_size)), value.toString().length, value.toString().length + 1, Spannable.SPAN_EXCLUSIVE_EXCLUSIVE)
