Eclipse wont import my enthought modules

Does that help First, you need to install pydev, the Python plugin for Eclipse. Because only with that the PYTHONPATH becomes manageable. Then you need to go to Settings->Pydev->Python Interpreter and pick the python interpreter you are using (and that uses the correct path to find all the other EPD modules).
So, if for example you are using the newest Enthought 7.2, then your Python interpreter for that would be in: /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.2/bin

Python architecture - import extra modules, or import modules in code execution section?

will be helpful for those in need As per PEP 8, all imports should be together at the top of the file. Having them spread throughout the file leads to hard to maintain and debug software.
The only performance overhead I can think of is at program startup - it has to load more modules. Once the program is running there shouldn't be any extra overhead.

Python user defined modules where to import system modules

it should still fix some issue Yes, you can import matplotlib as you are. It should work fine. Put your constants wherever they are used. If they're only used in one function, consider putting them inside it. But what you have now is OK.

hope this fix your issue Set PYTHONPATH to the directory you want to act as your root. For example, if you want to use the following code:
code :
from lib.module_group.module_one import Module_One
from lib.module_group.module_two import Module_Two
class Module_Two:
    print('Loaded Module_Two')
$ PYTHONPATH="${PWD}:${PYTHONPATH}" python3 lib/module_group/module_one.py
Loaded Module_Two

Python Azure WebJob Import Error - Cannot import Python Extension Modules

will be helpful for those in need I figured out the solution.
Instead of uploading the Python packages in a zip file directly with the Python script into the WebJob, you can install the packages with pip in the WebApp. To do so, I first added a Handler Mapping in Application Settings to specify my Python version:
