Does that help There is no way. You have to somehow process the list and exclude packages before passing them to pip. Something like
code :
pip install `grep -v 'pytorch\|torchvision' requirements.txt`

How to dissect business requirements from software requirements in a requirements statement?

By : user6368545

it helps some times What is the business process for maintaining positions? When does the business need a position? What triggers the need? What steps/tasks maintain a position? When is a position no longer required? Get answers to these questions and you will have business requirements.

composer install requirements could not be resolved but satisfiable requirements are being met

hope this fix your issue As it turns out, this had nothing to do with Ardent despite the error message. The culprit causing the mayhem was barryvdh/laravel-ide-helper. When I changed that requirement from dev-master to ~1.11 it became compatible with Laravel 4.2 again and all of the other errors went away.
If anyone is having a similar problem, just go through the list and see if any packages were updated to be compatible with 5.0, but not backward compatible with 4.*.

Error: requirements.lock is out of sync with requirements.yaml

Hope that helps You probably have old digest. Instead of manually updating requirements.lock file use the following command after just updating your requirement.yaml file:
code :
helm dep update

will be helpful for those in need Not sure it will answer your question at this point. The better way is to use a fully fledged Python PIP project template.
We use cookiecutter to create a particular pip package with this cookiecutter template.

pip install -r requirements.txt [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt'

will help you I know it's kind of late, but if you are using virtual environment just use pip freeze > requirements.txt command to create the requirements file first.
