To fix this issue Found the problem;
Feeling dumb thanks to my typo. 1) Collection name: tegFinder but I'm trying to get 127.0.0.1/tagFinderProject/tagFinder/
code :
dictJS = {'JS: ': js}
collection.insert(dictJS)
client = MongoClient()        # Instead 'cliecnt = MongoClient(mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017, 28017')
db = client.tagFinderProject  # Getting the DB
collection = db.tegFinder

How to ignore errors while executing a bulk insertion in Pymongo. I am using ordered bulk write operation in pymongo

wish help you to fix your issue If you don't have to use ordered bulk, you can use unordered bulk operation instead.
Unordered bulk write operations are batched and sent to the server in arbitrary order where they may be executed in parallel. Any errors that occur are reported after all operations are attempted. from pymongo documentation
code :
bulkUrls = db.urls.initialize_unordered_bulk_op()
bulkUrls.execute({'w': 0})
