will help you Cracked it! I added two helper columns to the raw data in between Step and Reason.
The first, Level, is a VLOOKUP that converts the Step to a numerical value (in order of severity, the lowest being a Verbal, highest being an Exit). code :
``````=IF(MAXIFS(F:F,C:C,C2,H:H,H2,D:D,">="&Summary!\$B\$3,D:D,"<="&Summary!\$C\$3)=F2,"X","")
``````
``````=SUM(--(FREQUENCY(IF(('2019'!\$C:\$C<>"")*('2019'!\$I:\$I=\$B\$2)*('2019'!\$D:\$D>=\$B\$3)*('2019'!\$D:\$D<=\$C\$3)*('2019'!\$F:\$F=\$B5)*('2019'!\$H:\$H="X"),MATCH('2019'!\$C:\$C,'2019'!\$C:\$C,0)),ROW('2019'!\$C:\$C)-ROW('2019'!\$C\$1)+1)>0))
``````

it helps some times I need to count unique values in range (C2:C2080) in excel. Googled formula:
code :
``````
=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(LEN(A2:A10)>0,MATCH(A2:A10,A2:A10,0),""), IF(LEN(A2:A10)>0,MATCH(A2:A10,A2:A10,0),""))>0,1))
``````
``````Sub CountUnique()
Dim count As Integer
Dim i, c, j As Integer
c = 0
count = 0
For i = 1 To 11
Sheet1.Cells(i, 2).Value = Sheet1.Cells(i, 1).Value
c = c + 1
For j = 1 To c
If CDbl(Sheet1.Cells(i, 1).Value) = CDbl(Sheet1.Cells(j, 2).Value) Then
c = c - 1
Exit For
End If
Next j
Next i
' c now equals the unique item count put in the 12'th row
Sheet1.Cells(12, 1).Value = c
End Sub
this will help The formula I suggested in the link is this
=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(B2:B100=1,IF(A2:A100<>"",MATCH(A2:A100,A2:A100,0))),ROW(A2:A100)-ROW(A2)+1),1))
## How to count unique values from different named Excel table with conditions using array formula?
this one helps. I have two tables (One that is used to capture every record, the other for capturing a summary of the records). , You can use this array formula:
code :
``````=SUM(IFERROR(([@Code]=Tracker[Code])/COUNTIFS(Tracker[Error Message],Tracker[Error Message],Tracker[Code],[@Code]),0))
``````
## Excel : Count unique values using conditions and combos
seems to work fine To simplify this, let's say that I have a spreadsheet in Excel 2013 (or LibreOffice) where I have a list with rows where I can see the values below : , You can use this array formula:
code :
``````=SUM(IF((\$B\$2:\$B\$10=\$H\$1)*(\$D\$2:\$D\$10>0),1/COUNTIFS(\$C\$2:\$C\$10,\$C\$2:\$C\$10,\$D\$2:\$D\$10,">0",\$B\$2:\$B\$10,\$H\$1)))
``````
## Return multiple COUNT fields for distinct values per a unique ID based on two criteria conditions
wish help you to fix your issue I'm trying to work with some logging data in MySQL where I want to be able to tell, per individual, counts of the number of distinct successful requests, distinct unsuccessful requests, non-distinct successful requests, and non-distinct unsuccessful requests that all meet additional global criteria. , Use conditional aggregation:
code :
``````select
client,
count(distinct case when response = 200 then request end) unique_ok,
count(distinct case when response = 404 then request end) unique_404,
sum(response = 200) total_ok,
sum(response = 404) total_404
from mytable
where
request like '%RE%'
and site = 'MD'
and request_date = '2018-10-30'
group by client
``````
``````| client | unique_ok | unique_404 | total_ok | total_404 |
| ------ | --------- | ---------- | -------- | --------- |
| Amy    | 2         | 1          | 3        | 1         |
| Bob    | 1         | 0          | 1        | 0         |
| Dan    | 0         | 1          | 0        | 1         |
| Zeb    | 0         | 1          | 0        | 1         |
``````
