.Net core 3: The namespace internal does not exist in Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Internal

it helps some times I fixed the problem by updating moq to "4.13.1" and taking advantage of It.IsAnyType.
code :
_logger.Verify(f => f.Log(
    It.IsAny<LogLevel>(),
    It.IsAny<EventId>(),
    It.IsAny<It.IsAnyType>(),
    It.IsAny<Exception>(),
    (Func<It.IsAnyType, Exception, string>) It.IsAny<object>()));

This might help you Apparently the answer is to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 (we're using VSTO v3.0) - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?FamilyId=FBEE1648-7106-44A7-9649-6D9F6D58056E&displaylang=en
This will upgrade the Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.v9.0.dll assembly to Product Version 9.0.30729.1 which includes the Extensions namespace.

seems to work fine I just created a clean function and installed both packages, I used interfaces from both of them(so I have both usings) and all seems to work correctly:
code :
using System.Collections;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.IO;
using Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc;
using Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs;
using Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.Http;
using Microsoft.AspNetCore.Http;
using Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Memory;
using Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection;
using Newtonsoft.Json;
using Microsoft.Extensions.Logging;

namespace FunctionApp1
{
    public static class Function1
    {
        [FunctionName("Function1")]
        public static IActionResult Run([HttpTrigger(AuthorizationLevel.Function, "get", "post", Route = null)]HttpRequest req, ILogger log)
        {
            log.LogInformation("C# HTTP trigger function processed a request.");

            string name = req.Query["name"];

            string requestBody = new StreamReader(req.Body).ReadToEnd();
            dynamic data = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject(requestBody);
            name = name ?? data?.name;

            return name != null
                ? (ActionResult)new OkObjectResult($"Hello, {name}")

How do I configure Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.ILogger levels per namespace?

this will help You need to read the how to setup a host page to understand what needs to go into the program.cs code. This has changed for .Net Core 2.x and has reduced the amount of code we need to load the settings and setup logging.
