code :
// I don't know the exact type, put the correct one here if it isn't this
JsReportBinary binary;

if (RuntimeInformation.IsOSPlatform(OSPlatform.Windows))
    binary = JsReportBinary.GetBinary();
else if (RuntimeInformation.IsOSPlatform(OSPlatform.Linux))
    binary = Jsreport.Binary.Linux.JsReportBinary.GetBinary();
else if (RuntimeInformation.IsOSPlatform(OSPlatform.OSX)
    binary = Jsreport.Binary.OSX.JsReportBinary.GetBinary());
    binary = null;

services.AddJsReport(new LocalReporting().UseBinary(binary).Create());

conditions using Ternary Operator

I wish did fix the issue. You can get the last character of a string by using substr() with a substring-length of -1. So just add a condition that checks whether the word ends with an "s":
code :
return $r . ' ' . $str . ($r > 1 && substr($str, -1) != 's' ? 's' : '') . ' ago';

code :
($var !== 1 || $var !== 2)
($var === 1 || $var === 2)
(!($var === 1 || $var === 2))
($var !== 1 && $var !== 2)

hop of those help? If you need the value for sorting, you could take the delta of the two values:
code :
data.sort((a, b) => a.quantity - b.quantity); // ascending
data.sort((a, b) => b.quantity - a.quantity); // descending

will be helpful for those in need You could inverse the checks and take logical AND along with the wanted tags - and omit null.
code :
currentNurse.ActionTypeID !== 0 && currentNurse.ActionCompletedByID <= 0 &&
      details = {details}>
