hop of those help? I believe that if you use mysql_result you also have to specify the row index number (row 0 in your case?), before you specify the column.
code :
$name = stripslashes(mysql_result($result, 0, "name"));
SQL Server parameterized SELECT procedure returns no result, but returns records when set explicitly

this one helps. You are not specifying a size for your nvarchar parameters. The default is 1 character.
So the procedure is testing for [2_05].Ch4)='T' when you use the parameters.

seems to work fine I have several columns selected in my dataset. Some of which have GROUP_CONCAT like below where the separator is a line break. , using the CAST Function within the code has worked
code :
GROUP_CONCAT(cast(table.table_column2 as char) SEPARATOR ",\n") AS column2

should help you out Since they share the column name, try to add an alias for that column:
code :
SELECT user.name AS user_name , activities.name AS activity_name

I wish this helpful for you You have encountered this bug in MySQL Connector/ODBC.
EDIT: The bug has now been fixed.
code :
import MySQLdb  # from mysqlclient
import pyodbc

print(f'{"" if use_odbc else "not "}using ODBC ...')

if use_odbc:

        f'DRIVER=MySQL ODBC 8.0 ANSI Driver;'
        f'SERVER={host};UID={user};PWD={passwd};DATABASE={db};PORT={port};'
        f'charset={charset};'
    )
    cnxn = pyodbc.connect(connection_string)
    print(f'{cnxn.getinfo(pyodbc.SQL_DRIVER_NAME)}, version {cnxn.getinfo(pyodbc.SQL_DRIVER_VER)}')
else:
    cnxn = MySQLdb.connect(
        host=host, user=user, passwd=passwd, db=db, port=port, charset=charset
    )

int_value = 123
crsr = cnxn.cursor()
crsr.execute("CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE foo (id varchar(10) PRIMARY KEY, intcol int, othercol longblob)")

sql = f"SELECT intcol, othercol FROM foo WHERE id = {'?' if use_odbc else '%s'}"
crsr.execute(sql, ('Alfa',))
result = crsr.fetchone()[0]
