Loop into ListView elements

this one helps. You cannot access the cells via the ItemsSource - there you only have the items that you are displaying in your cells. The most idiomatic way to do what you want to do is to bind the color to something in your item.
You can either do that by having a property on your item that returns the correct color or by implementing your own value converter. A converter could look somewhat like this:
code :
public class TextToColorConverter: IValueConverter
    public object Convert(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)
        return value switch
            "value1" => Color.Black,
            "value2" => Color.Red,
            _ => Color.Blue

    public object ConvertBack(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)

will help you Just intercept the Opening event of the ContextMenuStrip component (which occurs before the context menu actually appears) and do something like this:
code :
public partial class Form1 : Form {

    public Form1() {

        this.contextMenuStrip1.Opening += this.contextMenuStrip1_Opening;

    private void contextMenuStrip1_Opening(object sender, CancelEventArgs e) {
        this.itemAdd.Enabled = this.listView1.SelectedItems.Count > 0;

onTextChangedListener goes into loop, but only on first ListView element, any following elements don't loop

To fix the issue you can do Write your textchangeListener inside if (ListItem == null) { condition block, it will work.
What actually happening in your case is whenever you scroll your listview on change listener will call for each and every row that is visible.
