I wish this help you In my case the problem was the structure of the imports. I had imported a Module with
code :
StoreModule.forFeature('name', nameReducer)
StoreModule.forFeature('name2', name2Reducer)

wish helps you Having an element with an id that is the same as an existing JS variable is blatting the content of the variable and replacing it with a reference to the element.
The quick solution is to change either the variable name or the element id.
code :
// Self-executing anonymous function expression used to limit scope
(function () {

    // Locally scoped prc that won't clash with the element
    var prc = {
      cng : function(evt){
           console.log(evt);
      }
    }

    // Event handler binding
    document.getElementById('prc').addEventListener('keydown', function (evt) {
        prc.cng(evt)
    });

}());

will help you Managed to solve this by adding StoreModule.forRoot({}), in the imports.
How to change circle marker attributes (e.g. opacity & fillOpacity) within mapview::addFeatures

How to change circle marker attributes (e.g. opacity & fillOpacity) within mapview::addFeatures

Any of those help They are not ignored. If you try as a stand-alone mapview call you will see that they work. In your app they are being masked by the mapedit module selectMod which allows you set opacity, fillOpacity and weight separately for the case when features are selected and not selected via arguments styleTrue and styleFalse, respectively. When you set those, you will get the desired behaviour. Thus, change the part where you call the selectMod module like below:
code :
g_sel <- callModule(
    selectMod,
    "selectmap",
    leaflet() %>%
      addTiles() %>%
      addFeatures(
        # addCircleMarkers(
        data = locnSF,
        layerId = ~location,
        stroke = TRUE, # This is effective
        color = 'red', # This is effective
        # weight = 150, # This is ignored    ####
        # opacity = 0, # This is ignored     ####
        fill = TRUE, # This is effective
        fillColor = 'blue', # This is effective
        # fillOpacity=1, # This is ignored   ####
        radius=20), # This is effective
    styleFalse = list(fillOpacity = 0.5, weight = 0, opacity = 0),
    styleTrue = list(fillOpacity = 1, weight = 5, opacity = 1)
  )

this will help Because your component uses the NgRx store, you also have to import the store inside the TestBed.
How to insert Spatial Reference in a JSON file to addFeatures on server

How to insert Spatial Reference in a JSON file to addFeatures on server

will be helpful for those in need The addFeatures REST API doesn't let you specify the incoming features spatial reference system. You can only specify the features attributes and geometry as indicated here. You will need to convert your feature's geometry to the spatial reference you want before sending them to the API. If you're using python this can be easily done with a projection using the arcpy module before sending the features:
Using arcpy Cursors
code :
#A cursor to get your data. Use SHAPE@ field to get the geometry
with arcpy.da.searchCursor(table, ["SHAPE@", ...]) as cursor:

    for item in cursor:

        # Get the PointGeometry:
        geometry = item[0]

        #Create the spatial reference you want to convert to
        spatial_reference = arcpy.SpatialReference(102100)

        # Project the point to the spatial reference
        projected = geometry.projectAs(spatial_reference)

        # Get the point's projected location
        projected_x = projected.trueCentroid.X
        projected_y = projected.trueCentroid.Y
initialSpatialReference = arcpy.SpatialReference(102100)
point = arcpy.Point(x, y)
pointGeometry = arcpy.PointGeometry(point, initialSpatialReference)

# Now that your (x, y) is a point geometry you can project it:

#Create the spatial reference you want to convert to
spatial_reference = arcpy.SpatialReference(3857)

# Project the point to the spatial reference
projected = pointGeometry .projectAs(spatial_reference)

# Get the point's projected location
projected_x = projected.trueCentroid.X
projected_y = projected.trueCentroid.Y
request = {
    features: [
        {
        attributes: {...},
        geometry: {
           x: projected_x,
           y: projected_y,
        },
    ]
}
