help you fix your problem Scrapy provides MailSender module (which is based on smtplib):
code :
from scrapy.mail import MailSender
mailer = MailSender()
mailer.send(to=["someone@example.com"], subject="Some subject", body="Some body", cc=["another@example.com"])

Send Email from Firefox Extension

To fix the issue you can do Use a web-mailer - set up a script on a web server somewhere and POST a request to it (possibly with authorization), and it'll make an e-mail from it. FF is a browser - use that functionality, and have a server-side script do the heavy lifting.
For the server part, I'd go with PhpMailer, but any mailer script would do.

I wish this help you I found the answer:
So let's say your table with email addresses is called SourceDE and the table which has the email addresses to be excluded is called ExcludeDE with a field email, then you can do something like:
code :
/* get the fields */

/* join the two tables, but then only keep the rows
where there is no matching email address from the ExcludeDE */
  SourceDE.email on ExcludeDE.email
  ExcludeDE.email = NULL

How to add file extension to pictures send via email

like below fixes the issue To add a filename to the attachment, you need to add the "Content-Disposition" header to that MIME part, i.e. add this to the code:
code :
attachment = open(dat, 'rb')
image.add_header('Content-Disposition', 'attachment; filename=filename.extension')
def sendMail(image_binary_data):
image.add_header('Content-Disposition', 'attachment; filename=filename.extension')
with open(dat, 'rb') as image_file:
# no need to close explicitly

will be helpful for those in need Try this:
I find that using objects is a great way to group information.
code :
function concatColumn() {
  var mgrcol=4;
  var ss=SpreadsheetApp.getActive();
  var sh=ss.getActiveSheet();
  var rg=sh.getDataRange();
  var vA=rg.getValues();
  var mgrA=[];
  var html='';
  for(var i=1;i<vA.length;i++) {
    if(mgrA.indexOf(vA[i][3])==-1) {
  var mgrObj={}
  for(var i=0;i<mgrA.length;i++) {
    for(var j=0;j<vA.length;j++) {
        if(mgrObj.hasOwnProperty(mgrA[i])) {
          mgrObj[mgrA[i]]+=Utilities.formatString('~~~FirstName: %s<br />LastName: %s<br />UserEmail: %s',vA[j][0],vA[j][1],vA[j][2]);
          mgrObj[mgrA[i]]=Utilities.formatString('FirstName: %s<br />LastName: %s<br />UserEmail: %s',vA[j][0],vA[j][1],vA[j][2]);
  for(var i=0;i<mgrA.length;i++) {
    var tA=mgrObj[mgrA[i]].split('~~~');
    var s='User Information<br /></br />';
    for(var j=0;j<tA.length;j++) {
      s+=tA[j].toString() + '<br />';
    s+='<hr widht="100" />';
    GmailApp.sendEmail(mgrA[i], 'User Names and Emails', null, {htmlBody:s})
    //html+=Utilities.formatString('Email Recipient: <strong>%s</strong><br />',mgrA[i]) + s;//debug
  //var ui=HtmlService.createHtmlOutput(html);//debug
  //SpreadsheetApp.getUi().showModelessDialog(ui, 'Emails');//debug
