To fix the issue you can do ENOENT stands for No such directory entry
What is env doing? (by Chris Johnsen)
code :
sudo env PATH=$PATH:/usr/bin \
   /usr/local/share/.config/yarn/global/node_modules/pm2/bin/pm2 \
   startup systemd -u kramer65 --hp /home/kramer65
pm2 startup
$ [PM2] You have to run this command as root. Execute the following command:
$ sudo su -c env PATH=$PATH:/home/unitech/.nvm/versions/node/v4.3/bin pm2 startup <distribution> -u <user> --hp <home-path>
sudo env name=value name2=value2 program and args

I wish this help you I've checked and this has been fixed in .Net 4, but still broken in .Net 3.5 as of this post.

Rails: Is state machine enough for the approval process?

will be helpful for those in need I have used workflow gem to do similar stuff.
It has several states and transition event to switch from one to another state. You can record the data in the transition event.

VHDL 2 process state machine and output initialization

To fix this issue
...it looks to me that 'output' will be in a undefined state until 'input' transitions to '1'.
code :
PROCESS (state)
  CASE state IS
     WHEN s0 =>
        output <= "00";
     WHEN s1 =>
        output <= "01";
     WHEN s2 =>
        output <= "10";
  CASE state IS
     WHEN s0 =>
        output <= "00";
     WHEN s1 =>
        output <= "01";
     WHEN s2 =>
        output <= "10";
  WAIT ON state;

In a state machine process is there a difference if I state specifically that the state stays the same?

will be helpful for those in need This is fine with most modern tools. If you omit an else in a combinatorial process then you'll infer a latch. But in a clocked process you will not.
It treats this it as an enable to drive the register. The input is not clocked to the output when the enable is not driven.

Why not a two-process state machine in VHDL?

should help you out I always recommend one-process state machines because it avoids two classes of basic errors that are exceedingly common with beginners:
Missing items in the combinational process's sensitivity list cause the simulation to misbehave. It even works in the lab since most synthesizers don't care about the sensitivity list. Using one of the combinational results as an input instead of the registered version, causing unclocked loops or just long paths/skipped states.
