This might help you You understand that you will have collisions right?
you need to do something like this and this might cause deadlocks so be very sure what you are trying to accomplish here
code :
DECLARE @id int

    INSERT INTO Table1(id, data_field)
    VALUES (@id ,'[blob of data]')
CREATE TABLE Table1(id int primary key not null, data_field char(100))
Insert Table1 values(1,'[blob of data]')
declare @i int
set @i =1
while @i < 10000

INSERT INTO Table1(id, data_field)
SELECT MAX(id) + 1, '[blob of data]' FROM Table1

set @i =@i + 1

Any of those help You should create a table called item_ids or something to generate id values. It's okay that this has only a single column.
code :
CREATE TABLE item_ids (
  item_id INT,
  name VARCHAR(20),
  etc VARCHAR(20),
  PRIMARY KEY (item_id, seq_id)
INSERT INTO items (item_id, name, etc) VALUES (@id, 'Stephane', 'etc');

I wish this helpful for you Why not use an autoincrement field and append AE to it? Autoincrement will be carried out by MySQL so you don't have to worry about it in PHP : http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/example-auto-increment.html
And to display your user key in the format of AE0001 you can do
code :
$id = 'AE' . str_pad($autoincrementid, 5, "0", STR_PAD_LEFT);

Hope this helps You'll have to use a mutable value holder instead of java.lang.Integer for the variable. java.util.concurrent.atomic.AtomicInteger would do for instance (you don't need atomicity, you can also go with MutableInt from Commons Lang).
Once you declare your variable as AtomicInteger, you can do $V{my_counter}.getAndIncrement() in your expressions.

Any of those help For the following factory definition, the column order needs to be sequential. There is already a column id that is auto-incremented. The first row's order should start at 1 and each additional row's order should be the next number (1,2,3, etc.) , Here's something that might work.
code :
$factory->define(App\AliasCommand::class, function (Faker\Generator $faker) {
    static $order = 1;
    return [
        'user_id' => App\User::inRandomOrder()->first()->id,
        'command' => $faker->word,
        'content' => $faker->sentence,
        'order'   => $order++
