Exclude specific headers from clang-tidy

hope this fix your issue I found a workaround that fits my purpose (I have a limited list of files that I want to filter out and they have unique names)
I use the line-filter and add all the files that i want to filter out. In the line range I put a line that doesn't exist, this way it filters the file out. In the end of the line filter I add .h and .cpp so it will filter in the rest of the files.
code :
-line-filter=[{"name":"coco.cpp","lines":[[9999999,9999999]]},{"name":".h"},{"name":".cpp"}]

With these it helps clang-check might be useful on the matter, clang-check has option -ast-dump-filter= documented as follow
code :
#include <iostream>

void my_lambda()
{
    auto lambda = [](auto x, auto y) {return x + y;};
    std::cout << "fabricati diem";
}
$ clang-check -extra-arg=-std=c++1y -ast-dump -ast-dump-filter=my_lambda lambda.cpp --

FunctionDecl 0x2ddf630 <lambda.cpp:3:1, line:7:1> line:3:6 my_lambda 'void (void)'
`-CompoundStmt 0x2de1558 <line:4:1, line:7:1>
  |-DeclStmt 0x2de0960 <line:5:9, col:57>

This might help you If some property - like CXX_CLANG_TIDY - is only available on target level, you have to move the files you want to have different settings for into a separate new target itself.
This can be done by using OBJECT libraries.
code :
add_library(
    target_no_static_code_analysis
    OBJECT
        path/to/file.cpp
        path/to/file.h
)

# NOTE: Resetting only needed if you have a global CMAKE_CXX_CLANG_TIDY
set_target_properties(
    target_no_static_code_analysis
    PROPERTIES
         CXX_CLANG_TIDY ""
)

...
add_library(target ${other_srcs} $<TARGET_OBJECTS:target_no_static_code_analysis>)

Ignore system headers in clang-tidy

help you fix your problem I ran into this issue as well, and spent some time trying to figure it out, but I could not see a way to disable this type of warning in clang-tidy.
From reading this discussion on the LLVM issue tracker regarding a similar issue, I get the impression that the problem is that from clang-tidy's perspective, the warning is actually located in main.cpp, because the call to set_value is from there.

How to constraint clang-tidy to FIX-IT only in the source file and not all headers

Hope that helps Use clang-tidy with the --header-filter option to select only those header files you want processed.

this will help You should flag these headers as system headers.
You can do this via
code :
#pragma clang system_header
