How to table.insert(x) from table.remove(x)

Hope this helps Simply because that is not how they work.
Please refer to table.insert and table.remove of Lua Reference Manual. This one is for Lua 5.1, if you use different version then you should be able to easily find proper one.
code :
a = {}
table.insert(a, table.remove(tab)) -- From tab into a
...
table.insert(tab, table.remove(a)) -- From a into tab
local foo = table.remove(tab)
if type(foo) ~= "nil" then
    table.insert(a, foo)
end
a = {}
local foo = table.remove(tab, 1)
if type(foo) ~= "nil" then table.insert(a, foo) end -- From tab into a
...
local bar = table.remove(a, 1)
if type(bar) ~= "nil" then table.insert(tab, bar) end -- From a into tab

seems to work fine After some research I found this post. I slightly modified Mike's answer and ended up with this query:
code :
START TRANSACTION;
INSERT INTO table1(col1, col2, col3, id)
SELECT * FROM (SELECT 'value1', 'value2,'valu3', 'id') AS tmp
WHERE EXISTS (
    SELECT id FROM table2 WHERE id='123'
    ) LIMIT 1;
DELETE FROM table2 WHERE id='123';
COMMIT;

How to insert value on dynamic input field in a table with remove table row functionality

I hope this helps . Like said, you should use class instead of id, and look closely on change event handler i make, same goes to remove functionality, see following code :
code :
$('#myTable').on('change', '.mySelect', function() {

  // you can use .closest() to find
  // particular input on same row with select
  $(this).closest('tr').find('.amount').val($(this).val());

});

$('#myTable').on('click','.remScnt', function(e) {
  e.preventDefault();
  // find the tr element of remove link
  // which is a parent
  $(this).closest('tr').remove()
});
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
   <head>
      <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
      <style>
         table, th, td {
         border-collapse: collapse;
         margin: 10px auto;
         }
      </style>
      <script>
         function addMore() {
             var table = document.getElementById("myTable");
             var row = table.insertRow(-1);
             var cell1 = row.insertCell(-1);
             var cell2 = row.insertCell(-1);

         var x = document.getElementById("myTable").rows[1].cells;

             cell1.innerHTML =  x[0].innerHTML;
             cell2.innerHTML = x[1].innerHTML;
         }

         function removeLast() {
             var tableTr = document.getElementById("myTable").rows.length;
             if ( tableTr > 1 )
               document.getElementById("myTable").deleteRow(-1);
         }

         function removeRowNo() {
         var index = document.getElementById('value').value
             document.getElementById("myTable").deleteRow(index);

Insert into R table from another two table by latest amount from F table search by date with other data from table S mys

hope this fix your issue In MySQL 8.0, you can JOIN both tables and use RANK() to get the latest records in each group of records sharing the same code:
code :
SELECT roll, name, code, amount
FROM (
    SELECT
        s.roll,
        s.name,
        s.code,
        f.amount,
        RANK() OVER(PARTITION BY f.code ORDER BY STR_TO_DATE(f.datenewfee, '%d-%M-%Y') DESC) rk
    FROM fee f
    INNER JOIN students s ON s.code = f.code
) x
WHERE rk = 1
SELECT
    s.roll,
    s.name,
    s.code,
    f.amount
FROM fee f
INNER JOIN students s ON s.code = f.code
WHERE NOT EXISTS (
    SELECT 1
    FROM fee f1
    WHERE f1.code = f.code
    AND STR_TO_DATE(f1.datenewfee, '%d-%M-%Y') > STR_TO_DATE(f.datenewfee, '%d-%M-%Y')
)
| roll | name  | code | amount |
| ---- | ----- | ---- | ------ |
| 1120 | aaaaa | 111  | 700    |
| 1121 | eeeee | 111  | 700    |
| 1122 | hhhh  | 112  | 800    |
| 1123 | bbbb  | 111  | 700    |
| 1124 | jjjj  | 112  | 800    |

trigger after insert on table 1, insert on table 2 with where condition column from table 1

seems to work fine Your INSERT query is wrong. MySQL INSERT Syntax does not support the WHERE clause so your query as it stands will fail.
You cant use WHERE condition with INSERT query. If you are using WHERE condition, it means you already have that row in the table. So , you should use UPDATE query instead of INSERT.
