this will help So your IDE is doing the complaining? Saying that isClicked does not exist? But the code itself works fine?
Just need to do some type casting. The IDE knows the $form->get will return a FormInterface. But, somewhat sadly, FormInterface does not have an isClicked method. You need to tell the IDE that you expect a clickable object to be returned.
code :
    $form->handleRequest($request);

    /** @var ClickableInterface $button  */
    $button = $form->get("submit");
    $button->isClicked();

help you fix your problem That is called "ternary" and it's awesome:
This is assigning the value $nextAction based on a condition. The first part (after the =) is the condition, like an if statement, the second part (after the ?) is the value assigned if the condition is true, and the last part (after the :) is the value assigned if the condition is false.
code :
               //the condition
$nextAction = $form->get('saveAndAdd')->isClicked()
    ? 'task_new' //true value
    : 'task_success'; //false value
if ($form->get('saveAndAdd')->isClicked()) {
  $nextAction = 'task_new';
}
else {
  $nextAction = 'task_success';
}
$foo = (true) ? 'True value!' : 'False value!';
echo $foo; //'True value!' of course!

$foo = (false) ? 'True value!' : 'False value!';
echo $foo; //'False value!' of course!

hope this fix your issue In such case one needs to use event.stopPropagation() instead of event.preventDefault().
And there is no need for the event.target.submit().
code :
'onclick'=>'{
      //IF THE USER CLICK THE NOT_SUBMIT BUTTON THE REQUIRED FIELD ARE DISABLED BEFORE THE SUBMIT HAPPENS
      e= \'form\';

      $(e).submit(
        function(event){
             event.stopPropagation();
        }
      );

      function disableReq(e){
        var disableReqDef = $.Deferred();
        var disableReqDefProm = disableReqDef.promise();
        requiredFields = $(e).find(\'[required="required"]\');
        requiredFields.each(function(){
          $(this).attr(\'required\',false);
        });

        disableReqDef.resolve();
        return disableReqDefProm;
      }

      var dr = disableReq(e);

      $.when(
        e,
        dr,
        undefined
      ).done(function(e){

        $(e).submit(function(event){});
      });
    }'

seems to work fine Function $form->getForm() in general returns object which implements interface FormInterface - and methods of this interface you have in your autocomplete.
But some of this objects can have additional methods, and \Symfony\Component\Form\SubmitButton implements FormInterface and also ClickableInterface with a method isClicked
code :
/** @var $deleteButton \Symfony\Component\Form\SubmitButton */
$deleteButton = $form->get('delete');
$deleteButton->isClicked(); // now you have autocomplete

code :
$this->getDoctrine()->getManager()->getRepostory( ...
$panier = $this->getDoctrine()
    ->getManager()
    ->getRepository('techeventBundle:Panier')
    ->findAllOrderedByName($iduser);
$panier = $this->getDoctrine()
    ->getManager()
    ->getRepository(techeventBundle\Entity\Panier::class)
    ->findAllOrderedByName($iduser);
