I don't understand the code in Ruby documentation that assigns a value within an if expression

Does that help These two chunks of code are visually similar, but substantially different in intent. The first reads like this:
code :
# Run object.some_value and capture the result into a
if a = object.some_value
  # ...
end
# If a is equivalent to the result of object.some_value
if a == object.some_value
  # ...
end
case (name = professor.name.to_s.split(/\s+/).last)
when "O'Reilly", "Berners-Lee"
  puts "Prof. %s is invited to the party." % name
else
  puts "Prof. %s is not invited to the party."
end

around this issue The lines that you show here are declarations of function pointer variables.
A line of the form:
code :
int (*foo)(int x)
int twice( int x )
{
    return x*2;
}
foo = twice;
int result = foo( 3 );
int (*process)(int x);
process = using_b ? process_B : process_A;
... more code ...
result = process( some_value );

seems to work fine My code, in my file spec , You're setting:
code :
@agree = options[:@agree]
@agree1 = options[:@agree1]
@agree = options[:agree]
@agree1 = options[:agree1]
let(:agree) { nil }
let(:agree) { nil }
TestChamber::Account_v1.new(
  :agree => agree,
  :agree1 => agree
)

I hope this helps you . I took the code from the tutorial, and I need a professional look and description step by step
code :
    # login_required decorator - This decorator is used,so that only the logged in user can call this user
   @login_required

    # transaction.atomic decorator - This decorator is used, so that if the block of code is successfully completed,
    # then only the changes are committed to the database.
   @transaction.atomic
      def update_profile(request):

      if request.method == 'POST':
    # if the request is post, then pass the request post object and user instance to the UserForm and ProfileForm class.
          user_form = UserForm(request.POST, instance=request.user)
          profile_form = ProfileForm(request.POST,instance=request.user.profile)
    # if the post data is valid, then save both the form
          if user_form.is_valid() and profile_form.is_valid():
               user_form.save()
               profile_form.save()
               # message after the saving the data
               messages.success(request, _('Your profile was successfully updated!'))
               # redirect the user to the profile page
               return redirect('settings:profile')
           else:
               messages.error(request, _('Please correct the error below.'))
       else:
           # if the request is get, then only return the form classes with the user objects
           user_form = UserForm(instance=request.user)
           profile_form = ProfileForm(instance=request.user.profile)
       return render(request, 'profiles/profile.html', {
              'user_form': user_form,
              'profile_form': profile_form
})

Hope that helps For your first question, Subclasses can call super class constructors with a call to super()
i.e.

Having trouble extending class (Dont understand whats wrong and dont understand other complex explanations on this site.

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Basically the line super(int health, int strength, int speed, int type); keeps giving me an error that says... , Remove type of parameters and add parameters to class constructor.
