I wish this helpful for you I found the problem. bin/hadoop of the downloaded Hadoop distribution attempts to find its location by running which $0. However, that will find a current Hadoop installation if one exists (i.e. /usr/lib/hadoop), and will load the jars under that installation's lib directory instead of the downloaded one's lib directory.
I had to modify bin/hadoop of the downloaded distribution to find its own location with dirname $0 instead of which $0.

wish of those help You are assuming hadoop command to be equivalent to java command which is not the case. Basically you run Mapred with Hadoop command where you write Mapper, Reducer(optional), Driver code and then you create a jar file will all these files and issue command like:
code :
hadoop jar myjar.jar DriverClass inputInHdfs OutputPathInHdfs

this will help You have a space in your directory name ("Java Projects"). Try enclosing the value of the system property in quotation marks:
code :
-Djava.library.path="D:\Install\Java Projects\Arduino\mfz-rxtx-2.2-20081207-win-x64"

Any of those help We found that PowerShell misinterprets the -Djava.library.path parameter. Enclosing either the parameter name or the entire name & value fixed the issue in our case.
java -D"java.library.path"=./DynamoDBLocal_lib -jar DynamoDBLocal.jar -sharedDb
