it should still fix some issue You need to:
wrap your HTML with grave accents to be a valid template literal change the references to ${i} and ${item}
code :
(item, i) => `<li key="${i}">${item}</li>`
const servicesArray = ["English", "Spnish"];
$('#servicesListUl').append(servicesArray.map((item, i) => {
  return `<li key="${i}">${item}</li>`;
}));
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<ul id="servicesListUl"></ul>

Does that help The problem was the syntax on the for loop. I mistakenly had added an equals to the lines that did not require it.
code :
<%= for( var i=0; i<tunes.length; i++) { %>
<%= } %>
<% for( var i=0; i<tunes.length; i++) { %>
<% } %>

it fixes the issue Your regex isn't properly escaped in your string literal (" k.src = /^https?:\/\/([^\/]+\.)) : you must replace the \ with \\.
But the right solution isn't to escape it but to stop writing javascript code in a javascript string literal. There are many ways to dynamically insert a script in a page, for example using AJAX.

may help you . Either the width and height attribute values need be quoted or you need to drop the 'px' suffix at the end of the numbers. Attribute values need to be valid javascript expressions.

will help you According to your STACKBLITZ. The api that you have used is not working properly. If it changed to working get api call it is working properly. WORKING demo with different test api call.
and instead of using Http I'm suggesting you to use HttpClient with additional benefits.
code :
import { NgModule }         from '@angular/core';
import { BrowserModule }    from '@angular/platform-browser';
import { HttpClientModule } from '@angular/common/http';

@NgModule({
  imports: [
    BrowserModule,
    // import HttpClientModule after BrowserModule.
    HttpClientModule,
  ],
  declarations: [
    AppComponent,
  ],
  bootstrap: [ AppComponent ]
})
export class AppModule {}
import { HttpClient } from '@angular/common/http';
constructor(private _http: HttpClient) { }

    getVechicalLocations(){
         return this._http.get(API_URL);

    }
