I am having problems with import nmap in pycharm

wish helps you You are clearly confusing two import styles here. You can either import the module, and then refer to the class using modulename.ClassName()
code :
import nmap
nm = nmap.PortScanner()
import nmap as nm
netmap = nm.PortScanner()

To fix the issue you can do python-nmap seems to depend on nmap, which is the binary that does the actual network scanning and auditing.
You can check in a terminal if nmap is in your $PATH with the following command:
code :
 which nmap
apt-get install nmap
pacman -Sy nmap
export PATH="$PATH:/usr/local/nmap/bin"
nmap --version
Nmap version 6.46 ( http://nmap.org )
Platform: i686-pc-linux-gnu
Compiled with: liblua-5.2.3 openssl-1.0.1g libpcre-8.34 libpcap-1.5.3 nmap-libdnet-1.12 ipv6
Compiled without:
Available nsock engines: epoll poll select

pip install python-nmap

How to make `MANPATH=~/.nmap/doc man 1 nmap` look for nmap.1?

help you fix your problem The problem is that the docs directory doesn't have the directory structure man requires (nmap.1 should be in a man1 subdirectory), same as when using the -M option:
code :
    -M path, --manpath=path
          Specify an alternate manpath to use. By default, man uses
          manpath derived code to determine the path to search. This
          option overrides the $MANPATH environment variable and
          causes option -m to be ignored.

          A path specified as a manpath must be the root of a manual
          page hierarchy structured into sections as described in the
          man-db manual (under "The manual page system"). To view
          manual pages outside such hierarchies, see the -l option.

Error import nmap into python

this will help I think the link in the comment ('module' object has no attribute 'Serial') –is relevant. So instead of import nmap, try from nmap import PortScanner and then nm = PortScanner
The fact that you are calling your program nmap.py may in the future cause conflicts, so you may want to rename that.

Import old PyCharm XML-based color scheme into latest PyCharm

I think the issue was by ths following , New color schemes have .icls extension and are placed in the same directory as before (colors subdirectory of the config directory).
If you don't have this directory, it means you don't have any custom color schemes. Try modifying a default one and save it under a different name and it should appear at the specified location.
