I hope this helps you . The database object naming rules explain the namespaces, including:
code :
select owner, object_type
from all_objects
where object_name = 'TRANSCLAIMCOUNTS_ITG401223';

around this issue First of all, your first query can not have duplicates, as you are grouping by all columns and using aggregate function of remaining column, field10.
Now coming back you your error. The reason for error is ,(SELECT MAX(field10) FROM tabl ) as field10. Because tabl is an alias for outer table and you are using it inside the select clause, hence the error.
code :
select
field1,field2,field3,field4,field5,field6,
  field7,field8,field9,MAX(field10) as field10
from table
GROUP BY field1,field2,field3,field4,field5,field6,
 field7,field8,field9

I hope this helps you . Solved the issue I had other datasource connections in the app. Hence I needed to add the @Qualifier annotation.
code :
@Autowired
@Qualifier("exampleNmpJDBCTemplate")
NamedParameterJdbcTemplate exampleNmpJDBCTemplate;
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist 00942. 00000 - "table or view does not exist"

I hope this helps you . You have just used the wrong table name; your table is price_table, not pricelist:
code :
SELECT pno, s.COLUMN_VALUE prices
from price_table p,TABLE(p.prices) s
/

       PNO     PRICES
---------- ----------
         1          2
         1          3
         1          4
         2          2
         2          3
         2          4
         3          2
         3          3
         3          4

hop of those help? I think you have FROM TableName missing in your query and hence it's rightly complaining.
