Android extract array of properties of array of objects

seems to work fine Probably the cleanest way to do it is to use Streams. Something like this:
code :
List<String> listOfP2= listOfObjects.stream().map(x->x.getP2()).collect(Collectors.toList());

How to extract 2 properties from an array of objects as an observabe?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further You may use map operator from RxJS first, then use map from Array, as follows:
code :
// first use the map operator from RxJS
    YourObservable.map(x=>{
    // then use Array.prototype.map
        x.map(return {longiture:x.longitude, latitude:x.latitude})
        })
 YourObservable.pipe(
     map(x=>{
           x.map(return {longiture:x.longitude, latitude:x.latitude})
        }))

I wish this helpful for you Use object destructuring to get the properties, and generate a new object using shorthand property names:
code :
const dummyArray = [{ "att20": "att20", "att30": "att30", "att70": "att70", "att80": "att80"}, { "att20": "att20", "att30": "att30", "att70": "att70", "att80": "att80"}];

const result = dummyArray.map(({ att20, att30, att70, att80 }) => ({
  att20,
  att30,
  att70,
  att80
}));

console.log(result);

Extract these properties from an array of Objects

hop of those help? You could map the wanted keys of the object and generate a new object by mapping the array.
code :
function getSubset(array, keys) {
    return array.map(o => Object.assign(...keys.map(k => ({ [k]: o[k] }))));
}

var objArr = [{ name: "name", description: "description", date: "date" }, { name: "name", description: "description", date: "date" }, { name: "name", description: "description", date: "date" }];

console.log(getSubset(objArr, ['name', 'description']));

From an array of objects, extract value of properties for each object and put in a different array

I wish did fix the issue. I have a group of filters that is an Reactive Forms Object. I’ve taken the property values of the object and pushed it into an array. , According to your desired result, I think you can use ES6 functions.
code :
const result = yourTable.map(element => Object.values(element));

this one helps. This should work - if your elements don't have a foo or anotherfoo they'll come out as undefined
code :
objArray = [{
  foo: 1,
  bar: 2,
  anotherfoo: 5
}, {
  foo: 3,
  bar: 4,
  anotherfoo: 8
}];

function myfunction(arr) {
  return arr.map(function(e) {
    return {
      foo: e.foo,
      anotherfoo: e.anotherfoo
    };
  });
}

newArray = myfunction(objArray);
console.log(newArray);

// newArray is [{foo:1, anotherfoo:5},{foo:3, anotherfoo:8}]
function myfunction2(arr) {
  return arr.map(({foo, anotherfoo}) =>
                 ({foo, anotherfoo}));
}
function myfunction(arr) {
  return arr.map(function(e) {
    var newfoo;
    if(e.foo==="something") {newfoo = anotherfoo+1;} else{newfoo = anotherfoo-1;}
    return {
      foo: e.foo,
      anotherfoo: newfoo
    };
  });
}
function myfunction2(arr) {
  return arr.map(({foo, anotherfoo}) => {
                   if(foo==="something") {anotherfoo+=1} else{anotherfoo -=1};
                   return {foo, anotherfoo}});
}
