How to determine which table a column belongs to in an SQL Statement given metadata information and parse tree from SQL

it fixes the issue Create a symbol table from your parse tree. This is a hierarchical view of your input, which allows to determine the context for a given symbol. In such a symbol table you would have a node, say, SelectSymbol which represents a SELECT command. This node contains children for each part of that query, including a WhereSymbol node for the WHERE clause. I think you see the pattern.
With this table you can now do a lookup, starting from the position of your column in the input. Once found, you then walk up the parent chain to find the context for the column (here the sub select), which contains the table + alias you want.

it fixes the issue Is there a way to perform a query in MySQL like this one in pseudo code: , Yes, there is. You can use the CASE construct:
code :
INSERT INTO table_a (a, b, c)
SELECT table_b.a, table_b.b, CASE WHEN table_b.c < 100 THEN 500 else 1000 END
FROM   table_b
WHERE  ...

help you fix your problem JPA specification contains the Metamodel API that allows you to query information about the managed types and their managed fields. It does not however cover the underlying database. So, there is nothing out-of-the-box in JPA yet for querying the database metadata.
code :
@Entity
@IdClass(TableMetadataKey.class)
@Table(name = "table_metadata")
class TableMetadata {
  @Column(name = "column_name")
  @Id
  String columnName;

  @Column(name = "table_name")
  @Id
  String tableName;

  public static class TableMetadataKey implements Serializable {
    String columnName;
    String tableName;
  }
}
public interface TableMetadataRepository extends JpaRepository<TableMetadata, TableMetadataKey>
{
  TableMetadata findByTableName(String tableName);
}
List<TableMetadata> metadata = tableMetadataRepository.findAll()
TableMetadata metadata = tableMetadataRepository.findByTableName("myTable");

wish help you to fix your issue You probably want to define a function that parses your data, and then use that in your template.
code :
In [4]: def split_to_rows(result):
   ...:     items = result.split('< br >')
   ...:     row = []
   ...:     for item in items:
   ...:         if not (item.startswith('Encryption') or item.startswith('Validation')):
   ...:             if len(row) > 0: yield row
   ...:             row = []
   ...:         row.append(item)
   ...: if len(row) > 0: yield row # make sure to yield final row
   ...:

In [5]: s = 'File1.dll< br >Encryption Passed< br >Validation Passed< br >File2.dll< br >Encryption Passed< br >Validation Passed< br >File3.dll< br >Encryption Passed< br >Valid
   ...: ation Passed< br >'

In [6]: list(split_to_rows(s)) # lets see what the output looks like
Out[6]:
[['File1.dll', 'Encryption Passed', 'Validation Passed'],
 ['File2.dll', 'Encryption Passed', 'Validation Passed'],
 ['File3.dll', 'Encryption Passed', 'Validation Passed'],
 ['']]
<table>
<thead> ... </thead>
<tbody>
{% for row in split_to_rows(outputLog) %}
<tr>
    {% for out in row %}
        <td>{{ out }} </td>
    {% endfor %}
</tr>
{% endfor %}
</tbody>
</table>

Getting information about which column belongs to which table using TSql120Parser

To fix this issue I am building a SQL query parser using TSql120Parser (Microsoft.SqlServer.TransactSql.ScriptDom) and as mechanics are fairly simple, break query into batches and getting information from proper statements. , As the Damien_The_Unbeliever mentioned:

should help you out It belongs to the condition2 if statement.
The reason for this is that since your condition1 if statement doesn't wrap with brackets ({}) it's body, it's assumed that it's body contains one single statement. Looking at the condition2 if statement (including the else), it's a valid (if/else) statement and therefore it's considered as one-piece.
