I think the issue was by ths following , Problem is solved. Turns out I had not set up the database on heroku, just did it locally. So it was working locally but failed in production mode.

What could cause a Django error when debug=False that isn't there when debug=True

it should still fix some issue This happens if you have a circular import in one of your files. Check and see if you are importing something from Project and then importing something in Project from the original file that originally imported Project.
I ran into this same problem recently, and rearranging some of my imports helped fix the problem.

This might help you With debug turned off Django won't handle static files for you any more - your production web server (Apache or something) should take care of that.

wish of those help After changing Debug=True to False the app started to crash on localhost. And there's no way to find out what causes the error, because there's no error text being shown anywhere: neither in the browser, no in the terminal. That's it. , Put this in your settings.py to see your error :
code :
LOGGING = {
    'version': 1,
    'disable_existing_loggers': False,
    'filters': {
        'require_debug_false': {
            '()': 'django.utils.log.RequireDebugFalse'
        }
    },
    'formatters': {
        'verbose': {
            'format': '[contactor] %(levelname)s %(asctime)s %(message)s'
        },
    },
    'handlers': {
        # Send all messages to console
        'console': {
            'level': 'DEBUG',
            'class': 'logging.StreamHandler',
        },
    },
    'loggers': {
        # This is the "catch all" logger
        '': {
            'handlers': ['console'],
            'level': 'DEBUG',
            'propagate': False,
        },
    }
}

hope this fix your issue First you have to run python manage.py collectstatic. Then in Heroku the Config Variables to COLLECTSTATIC = 1.
but the file Path to your Pictures/Files have to show like this
code :
{% static "MyApp/Images/Picture.png" %}
 {% static "/MyApp/Images/Picture.png" %}
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="https://www.yourwebsite.de/static/MyApp/Images/favicon.ico">
Whenever debug=False in django, Heroku gives Server Error (500) and when debug=True no error
