# What is differnces between array[0] and array[0:1] in Python?

hop of those help? The reason is that you can be confident that array[x:y] always returns a subarray of the original array. So that you can use all the array methods on it. Say you have
code :
``````map(lambda1, array[x:y])
``````

## Convert a flat list of points to two dimensional System.Array type Array[Array[Point]] in Python

To fix this issue I suppose you're using IronPython. A 2-d array could be created like this:
code :
``````from System import Array
array = Array[Array[int]]( ( (1,2), (3,4) ) )
``````

## Python - taking most frequent element from array/converting numpy array to std array

may help you . Following-up on the comments given in en_Knight's good answer (upvoted for the reference to the existing threads, but beware the dict comprehension does not work under Python2.6.6!): if you want a list of the most common elements (so those with equal frequency), you could do the following:
code :
``````>>> arr = [10,9,9,7,10]
>>> counter = {}
>>> for elm in arr:
...     try:
...         counter[elm] += 1
...     except KeyError:
...         counter[elm] = 1
...
>>> counter
{9: 2, 10: 2, 7: 1}
>>> srt = sorted(counter.items(), key=lambda x: x[1], reverse=True)
>>> maxitem, maxcount = srt[0]
>>> most_frequents = [maxitem]
>>> for rec in srt[1:]:
...     if rec[1] == maxcount:
...         most_frequents.append(rec[0])
...     else:
...         break
...
>>> most_frequents
[9, 10]
``````

## Angular7: Form validation differnces

will help you So why does the console logs differ? We can start by saying that angular forms are in fact asynchronous, so that is part of the answer. Secondly we have to know how console log works. As stated here:
code :
``````setTimeout(() => {
console.log(this.customerForm.get('docs').get(type).valid);
},100);
``````

## New array created based off old array, ids are different, but changing new array changes old array (python)

will help you when you copy a list to another one, python will make them refrence the same list so when updating one the other one automatically will be updated, but using list() function to copy a list will avoid this trick.
so just try this one:
code :
``````density_new = list(density_old[:,:,40:55])
``````
