This might help you This mode is configured to output 1000 classes, to use it for two classes and binary_crossentropy loss, you should change the last layer to:
code :
Dense(1, activation='sigmoid')

With these it helps How to Fix this error? I tried visiting all the forums searching for answers to rectify this issue. There are 5 classes in train_set and test_Set. , in your code , the following line is wrong
code :
classifier.add(Dense(output_dim = 1, activation = 'softmax'))
classifier.add(Dense(output_dim = 5, activation = 'softmax'))

help you fix your problem Since you want to predict value of a story 10 days in the future you need to set the return_sequences argument of second LSTM layer to True to make the output shape of the whole model (None, 10, 1):
code :
## Second LSTM Layer
X = LSTM(10, return_sequences=True)(X)
d = 5 # how many days in the future you want to predict?

## First LSTM Layer
X = LSTM(10, input_shape = (10,14), name = 'LSTM_1')(X_input);

X = RepeatVector(d)(X)

## Second LSTM Layer
X = LSTM(10, return_sequences=True)(X)

I wish did fix the issue. With y_train shaped as you provide it, use categorical_crossentropy as a loss function instead of sparse_categorical_crossentropy. Your y_train is one-hot encoded and not sparsely encoded. A sparse encoding in your case would be an array that looks as follows:
code :
[3, 4, 4, ..., 5, 5, 5]
y_train_ = np.argmax(y_train, axis=1)
ValueError: Error when checking target: expected dense_3 to have shape (1,) but got array with shape (2,) keras

it should still fix some issue Add this line trainY = to_categorical(trainY, 2) after this line testY = to_categorical(testY, 2). And change your last layer to model.add(Dense(2, activation="softmax")), because it's supposed to match a 2D matrix like your target. Also, make sure your loss function is categorical_crossentropy, if it isn't already.
