will help you You are in IDLE, which is Python's IDE. The commands/binaries that you're executing, cat and python3, are known to your shell (such as Bash), not to Python itself.
In IDLE, type exit() or quit(). Then, open a terminal emulator, such as Terminal.app on Mac OS X, in your Applications folder. This gives you access to a shell (Bash) where you can enter cat animals.csv | python3 kingdom.py.

Hope this helps You need to separate the IN values. Currently, all values are enclosed in ', so they behave as a single value. Anything that is wrapped in quotations will be treated as one value unless properly escaped.
code :
SELECT SUM(adet) as toplam FROM ny_xd_satilanlar WHERE sipno IN (1237777777, 1301275922, 1301741801) AND uid='30'

SELECT SUM(adet) as toplam FROM ny_xd_satilanlar WHERE sipno IN (1301275922, 1301741801) AND uid='30'
SELECT SUM(adet) as toplam FROM ny_xd_satilanlar WHERE sipno IN ('1237777777', '1301275922', '1301741801') AND uid='30'

SELECT SUM(adet) as toplam FROM ny_xd_satilanlar WHERE sipno IN ('1301275922', '1301741801') AND uid='30'
Terminal says invalid sytax (new to Python)

select quote_ident(datname)
from pg_database;

Does that help For some reason I am getting an invalid sytax error on my greater than symbol. I just had this code working and something must have changed because now it doesn't. Trying to figure out why it wont work now. , You can also try this:
code :
Temp1 = int(input('1 am'))
while Temp1 not in range(-50, 131):
    print('Temperature out of range')
    Temp1 = int(input('Please enter a value between -55 and 130.'))

To fix the issue you can do The Python -= operator does not give a return value. Also for += etc.
Try:
code :
def removeBlock(pos, blocks):
    blocks[pos] -= 1
    return blocks[pos]
def removeBlock(pos, blocks):
    return blocks[pos] - 1
