With these it helps You can set query time limit using query_max_execution_time session property.
code :
SET SESSION query_max_execution_time = '30s';
presto-cli --session query_max_execution_time=30s ...
$ presto-cli --session query_max_execution_time=15s \
    --execute "select count(distinct regexp_extract(comment, '([a-zA-Z ]+)+$')) from tpch.tiny.lineitem"

Query failed: Query exceeded the maximum execution time limit of 15.00s

PRESTO + dose presto cordinator can manage 160 workers node?

I wish this helpful for you TL;DR in general, coordinator can easily handle much more worker nodes than 160, but your milage may vary.
Longer version Presto coordinator can manage 1000 workers. However, you're asking for a coordinator with particular memory and CPU resources. The answer is -- it depends.

wish of those help Hive connector supports only READ_UNCOMMITTED while it looks like sqoop is requesting READ_COMMITTED which cannot be supported. If could change sqoop to READ_UNCOMMITED then it should work.

Google DataProc Presto: how to write Presto query results to google cloud storage?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have a DataProc cluster with Presto installed as an optional component. My data is stored in google cloud storage (GCS) and I'm able to query it with Presto. However, I didn't find a way to write the query result back to GCS. I can write to hdfs if I logged in to master node and run Presto commands from there, but it doesn't recognize any GCS location. , You need to create a Hive external table backed by GCS, for example:
code :
gcloud dataproc jobs submit hive \
    --cluster <cluster> \
    --execute "
        CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE my_table(id INT, name STRING)
        location 'gs://<bucket>/<dir>/';"
