How can I use a generic class with wildcard declaration?

How can I use a generic class with wildcard declaration?

I wish this help you I have the following member in my class: ,
My question is twofold, why can't I do:
code :
list.add(list.get(0));
private <T> void addFirst(List<T> list) {
  list.add(list.get(0));
}
addFirst(list);
@SuppressWarnings({"rawtypes", "unchecked"})
public static void swap(List<?> list, int i, int j) {
    // instead of using a raw type here, it's possible to capture
    // the wildcard but it will require a call to a supplementary
    // private method
    final List l = list;
    l.set(i, l.set(j, l.get(i)));
}

hope this fix your issue The following code... , If Func itself was a generic class, then yes you could via:
code :
class Repository<T, TIn, TOut> where T: Func<TIn, TOut>
class Repository<TIn, TOut>
{
    public Repository(Func<TIn, TOut> func)
    {
        ...
    }
}

Hope this helps There are something like: , Simply blabla.myMethod((Iterable) a);
More specifically:

hope this fix your issue You can certainly use a generic interface as a constraint, but you do need to introduce the missing generic parameters. That is what the compiler error message is telling you. The following compiles:
code :
type
  TBaseConfigItem_Model<REQUESTDATA; RESPONSE; REQUEST:
    IrmOpenAPIConfigurationItemRequest<REQUESTDATA, RESPONSE>> = class
  public
    procedure DoSomething;
  end;

Does that help Just don't define the second type argument on the implementing class; you already have what you need with one:
code :
public class IdentityDataTranslator<T> : IDataTranslator<T, T> {
        public T Translate(T fromObj) {
            return fromObj;
        }
}

fixed the issue. Will look into that further In part 2, the type of genericanimal.genList is List = List. In part 1, the type of the list is List.
The issue is that List means "a list of some specific subtype of Animal which is unknown." For example, you could write List list = new ArrayList(). And you shouldn't be able to add any animal to a list of cats. By writing List, you're saying that you want to deliberately lose track of which type of animal is allowed into the list, though you know that whatever's in the list is some type of animal.
