I hope this helps . Dictionary is not preserving the order of added elements. You need to use collections.OrderedDict instead to have this feature available.

I wish this help you I am adding information to a dictionary using this code: , Well you could certainly get the keys in an ordered way easily:
code :
var ordered = from k in dictionary.Keys orderby k select k;
var ordered = dictionary.Keys.OrderBy(x => x);

This might help you Just modify the "R" to be a "B" for the sort expression, so that it falls before "C":
code :
var ordered = dictionary.Keys.Orderby(x => Regex.Replace(x, @"^(\d+)R", "$1B"));

it should still fix some issue In order to read the csv correctly you need to add in skipinitialspace otherwise the movies which contain commas in their name were being parsed out incorrectly.
code :
import csv

results = []

with open('oscar_age_female.csv') as File:
    reader = csv.DictReader(File, skipinitialspace=True)
    for row in reader:
        results.append(row)
print(sorted(results, key=lambda k: k['Age']))  # Youngest to oldest
print(sorted(results, key=lambda k: k['Age'], reverse=True))  # Oldest to youngest

should help you out While the dictionary is not an ordered collection, if you have a dictionary and what to get an ordered collection from that, you can use LINQ to easily do the ordering:
code :
var ordered = values.OrderByDescending(_ => _.Value).ThenBy(_ => _.Key);
