Any of those help I accept a mobile numbers array, and I need to remove repeated numbers in the array. The way I choose is converting the array to a hashset, then convert it back to an array. Is there any better way? , you can use Java8 Streams as well.
code :
public static void main(String []args){
        String[] mobiles = new String[]{"1", "2", "3", "1", "1"};
        String[] result= Arrays.stream(mobiles).distinct().toArray(String[]::new);
        for (String s : result) {
               System.out.println(s);
        }
}

this one helps. What is the best way to remove from the array elements that are repeated. For example, from the array
code :
a = [4, 3, 3, 1, 6, 6]
a.select{|b| a.count(b) == 1}
#=> [4, 1]
a = [4, 3, 3, 1, 6, 6]
ar = []
add = proc{|to, form| to << from[1] if form.uniq.size == from.size }
a.sort!.each_cons(3){|b| add.call(ar, b)}
ar << a[0] if a[0] != a[1]; ar << a[-1] if a[-1] != a[-2]

should help you out I'm trying to remove part of the value of an element in an array after '_' and once its done remove all repeated elements. , use Set & map:
code :
var names =  ["ann_w", "james_q", "ann_q", "peter_p", "steve_q", "james_s"];

var unique_names = [ ...new Set(names.map(name => {
   return name.split('_')[0]
}))]
console.log(unique_names)

I hope this helps you . SOLUTION
The solution is to rely on the PCRE or ICU regex engines, rather than TRE.
code :
> x <- "cdababcdcd"
> gsub("(?s)(.{2,})\\1+", "\\1", x, perl=TRUE)
[1] "cdabcd"
> library(stringr)
> str_replace_all(x, "(?s)(.{2,})\\1+", "\\1")
[1] "cdabcd"

I hope this helps . Use set:
code :
lst = ["code", "this", "code"]
for elem in sorted(set(lst), key = lambda x:lst.index(x)):
    print(f"{elem} is repeated {lst.count(elem)} times")
for elem in dict.fromkeys(lst):
    print(f"{elem} is repeated {lst.count(elem)} times")
code is repeated 2 times
this is repeated 1 times
from collections import Counter
frequency = Counter(lst)
for word, freq in frequency.items():
    print(f"{word} is repeated {freq} times")
lst = ['code', 'this', 'code']
i = 0
while any(lst):
    if lst[i] == None:
        i += 1
        continue
    print(f"{lst[i]} is repeated {lst.count(lst[i])} times")
    lst = [None if j == lst[i] else j for j in lst]
    i += 1
