help you fix your problem Create WhateverNameYouWant.cs file. Just put your code - NUnit will recognize it.
code :
  using NUnit.Framework;
  [assembly: Parallelizable(ParallelScope.Fixtures)]

Hope that helps Update 4: The NUnit3TestAdapter v3.8 has been released, so it is no longer alpha.
Update 3: With NUnit3TestAdapter v3.8.0-alpha1 it is possible now to run the tests using dotnet test command. You just need to have these dependencies in your test project:
code :
<PackageReference Include="nunit" Version="3.7.0" />
<PackageReference Include="NUnit3TestAdapter" Version="3.8.0-*" />
<PackageReference Include="Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk" Version="15.*" />
using NUnitLite;
using System;
using System.Reflection;

namespace MyDnxProject.Test
{
  public class Program
  {
    public int Main(string[] args)
    {
      var writter = new ExtendedTextWrapper(Console.Out);
      new AutoRun(typeof(Program).GetTypeInfo().Assembly).Execute(args, writter, Console.In);
    }
  }
}
Is it possible to remove the 'Parallelizable' attribute programatically from a test fixture in NUnit 3.0?

With these it helps If you are using the command line, pass the command line option, --workers=1 to run with one thread.

should help you out VSTS doesn't currently read the results from NUnit3 - although there's an open pull request to do so - so hopefully it should soon!
dotnet-test-nunit doesn't currently produce the older NUnit 2 format that VSTS can read. As a workaround in the mean time however, I believe you can you can use NUnitLite to run core tests, which can produce results in the NUnit2 format using the --result option.

I wish did fix the issue. I solve the problem using Visual Studio 2017 (not the code). Is better to architect a Microsoft solution.
Why does Visual Studio 2019 run tests in dotnet core 1.0 even though my projects target dotnet core 2.2?
