this will help In my VSCode user settings, I have a default ruler at 80 chars using: , Given the comments on my question above, I have a working solution:
code :
{
  "editor.rulers": [80],
  "[git-commit]": {
    "editor.rulers": [50, 72]
  },
}

this one helps. The easiest way to fix this was to add the word "in" into the Listing Page urls (ie: example.com/allergy-specialists-in-new-york.html). This corrected any conflicting htaccess rules.

wish help you to fix your issue [For simplicity, I'll put the various solutions into an answer.]
Vscode has a handy way to edit language-specific editor settings.
code :
 "[json]": {
    "editor.detectIndentation": false,
    "editor.tabSize": 4,
    "editor.insertSpaces": true
 }

I hope this helps you . I don't know VSCode, but your settings file is not valid JSON because it has multiple root elements. Try combining them, i.e.:
code :
{
"workbench.colorTheme": "Visual Studio Dark",
"ruby.rubocop.executePath": "C:\\Games\\Ruby24-x64\\bin\\",
"ruby.rubocop.onSave": true
}

this will help It's not a perfect answer, but for my purposes (and I'm guessing for most common editor-related cases) it's a good workaround. The solution is EditorConfig and the EditorConfig for VS Code extension.
settings.json
code :
{
  "files.trimTrailingWhitespace": true
}
{
  "files.trimTrailingWhitespace": false
}
root = true

[*]
trim_trailing_whitespace = true

[**/__tests__/**]
trim_trailing_whitespace = false
