Any of those help Assuming that SA3213023215 is a string (which input is by default), you could use string slicing:
code :
s = "SA3213023215"
s2 = s[2:] + s[:2]
# yields 3213023215SA

Does that help May be that is an overkill, but these functions are helpful to select a portion of an input field.
The code below place the cursor to the first char of the second field.
code :
    <input value="stack" />
    <input value="overflow" />
        var inp = document.getElementsByTagName('INPUT')[1];
        if (inp.createTextRange) {
            var part = inp.createTextRange();
            part.move("character", 0);
        } else if (inp.setSelectionRange) {
            inp.setSelectionRange(0, 0);

it should still fix some issue I can't see that there's a more expedient way of doing this without using QoQ, no. It's kinda what it's for: these exceptional circumstances where the app needs both the original data as from the DB, and a variation of it as well.

wish help you to fix your issue I have written a list of elements with the possibility of selecting html radio. I would like the div in which the field is selected to be moved to the very beginning of the list (above all elements of the list). Do you have any idea how I can do it?
code :
$('.elements .element input[type=radio]').change(function() {
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<form class="elements">
  <div class="element">
    <span>Option 1</span>
    <input type="radio" name="var" value="1">
  <div class="element">
    <span>Option 2</span>
    <input type="radio" name="var" value="2">
  <div class="element">
    <span>Option 3</span>
    <input type="radio" name="var" value="3">
