With these it helps Your best bet is to launch a completely independent program for that, which is independent from the launching program. You can do that with Runtime#exec(), ProcessBuilder or Desktop#open().
code :

like below fixes the issue Not clear what is scenery file object type is really from the code, but instead of coping entire object only for reason to analyze it, I would suggest to save the pointer location till which analyzer have to scan the content, file it is or just a stream. In this case you will have the same file/stream but splitted among analyzer and user.
But here youn should handle multithreading access to the same source.

it fixes the issue The VM exits when
all of the non-daemon threads stop running, or System.exit(exitCode) is called

it helps some times It appears as if you are asking how to keep your app from appearing in the list of "Recently Used" apps?
In that case, you can add a property to the app manifest. I have only tried adding this property to the "MainActivity" in my app and it worked:
code :
android:excludeFromRecents="true"
FLAG_ACTIVITY_EXCLUDE_FROM_RECENTS

I wish did fix the issue. If you are calling Application.exit(), that could be your problem. From MSDN:
This method stops all running message loops on all threads and closes all windows of the application. This method does not force the application to exit. The Exit method is typically called from within a message loop, and forces Run to return.
