You should either not send a cookie for the "www-less" version of your site, or both versions of your site should set the "domain=example.com" attribute on the PHP session cookie.

I wish this help you I had the same problem and solved it by changing the session name.
PHP allows you to access the variable $_SERVER["HTTP_COOKIE"] and parse it yourself. This allows you to access both values, of the cookie, but you can still not tell apart the correct and the wrong cookie.

I wish this help you Safari View Controller no longer shares cookies with Safari in iOS 11 and up, this change resolved the cookie store corruption issues that plagued iOS. We have not experienced this issue ever since iOS 11 was released.

To fix the issue you can do I found a solution by removing the Android platform and then recreating it. After that I added the cordova-whitelist-plugin as stated here.
Now everything is working properly again.
