hop of those help? Log files are usually plain text files. It's probably best to log your byte array represented as string.
Have a look at BitConverter.ToString or Convert.ToBase64String.

may help you . Writing a byte array is always going to be quicker than repeated calls to write one byte at a time. There's much less overhead (method calls, IO).

should help you out If you've already got the large array, then just write it out - if the output stream implementation chooses to chunk it, it can make that decision. I can't see a benefit in you doing that for it - which may well make it less efficient, if it's able to handle large chunks.

With these it helps I realized it is very expensive to create many new entities(and properties), so I decided to store data chunk (~50kb, zipped Json)in one entity as byte array (blob) to Datastore. , blobstore data is stored data

help you fix your problem Yes, this is correct. The only danger would be generating a bit pattern that does not correspond to any int, but on modern systems there are no such patterns. Also, if the data type was uint32_t specifically, those are prohibited from having any such patterns anyway.
Note that the inverse situation of using a uint32_t to write multiple chars at once is not permitted (strict aliasing rule).

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Surprisingly, we found that Attribute Data Length of the characteristic was limited at 244 bytes. Hence, I was not able to write any data more than 244 bytes. However, performing multiple writes with 244 bytes at a time does resolve this issue. I could see the expected response from the BLE device.
Example:
code :
int offset = 0;
int AttributeDataLen = 244;
while (offset < data.Length)
{
   int length = data.Length - offset;
   if (length > AttributeDataLen)
   {
      length = AttributeDataLen;
   }

   byte[] subset = new byte[length];

   Array.Copy(data, offset, subset, 0, length);
   offset += length;

   var writeBuffer = CryptographicBuffer.CreateFromByteArray(subset);
   var result = await _txCharacteristic.WriteValueAsync(writeBuffer);
   if (result != GattCommunicationStatus.Success)
   {
      throw new IOException(
        $"Failed to write to bluetooth device. Status: {nameof(result)}");
   }
}
