Any of those help Since php is installed as an apache module you can use apache_request_headers() for debugging purposes.
Does the header show up in debuglog.txt when you add
code :

Do all browsers support PHP's $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REQUESTED_WITH']?

it fixes the issue Sending of a X-Requested-With header really depends on the Ajax library used. I checked out Prototype, jQuery, Mootools and YUI and they all set it.
Why use strtolower to verify $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REQUESTED_WITH']?

Hope that helps HTTP headers in the request are always included by the client. A client can be a shell script, a browser or an Ajax call fired by Javascript or a Javascript framework. The "j" in Ajax stands for Javascript, but the HTTP request of thus can be created with any other script or program.
From Common non-standard request headers:
code :
X-Requested-With: MySuperCURLScript
X-MyOwnHeader: Cool!

I think the issue was by ths following , The header name should be X-Requested-With.
PHP just turns it to ALL CAPS, replaces - with _ and prefixes it with HTTP_ when it expresses it in $_SERVER.

wish help you to fix your issue This depends on how your users are accessing your web app. $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] provides the IP address of whatever endpoint connected to your server. If your site is behind a CDN (e.g. CloudFlare), this will be the IP of the CDN node, not the IP of your user.
$_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP'] and $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'] are both set by a proxy server (such as a CDN cache) that exists between you and the client.

it should still fix some issue The variables in $_SERVER are not really part of PHP, which is why you won't find them in the PHP documentation. They are prepared by the Web server which passes them on to the scripting language.
As far as I know, the X-Requested-With is sent by the Ajax functions of most major Frameworks but not all (Dojo, for example, added it only two years ago: #5801). As such, and taking into considerations @bobince' comments, it's safe to say it's not generally a 100% reliable method to determine whether a request is an AJAX request or not.
