Hope this helps Avoid regex, it's a nightmare to get exactly right, and to maintain in the future. Instead, use built-in JS string parsing functionality:
code :
var val = parseFloat($('#txt1').val());
if (isNaN(val) || (val === 0))
{
    alert("Please Enter Correct value");
}

this one helps. Cannon.js uses the MKS system of units (meter-kilogram-second). To correctly set gravity to 9.8 m/s/s, you do:
code :
world.gravity.set(0,-9.8,0);
var density = 2515; // kg/m^3
var mass = density * shape.volume(); // M=p*V
var slipperyMat = new CANNON.Material();
var friction = 0.0;
var restitution = 0.2;
var slipperyContact = new CANNON.ContactMaterial(slipperyMat,slipperyMat,friction,restitution);
world.addContactMaterial(slipperyContact);
world.solver.iterations = 20; // Increase solver iterations (default is 10)
world.solver.tolerance = 0; // Force solver to use all iterations

// Adjust constraint equation parameters: use to tweak sponginess
slipperyContact.contactEquationStiffness = 1e8;
slipperyContact.contactEquationRegularizationTime = 3;

may help you . Use Character Classes and Anchoring
In JavaScript, you don't have \A or \z atoms, so you have to anchor with either ^, $, or \b as needed. For example, this regex will work with your corpus:
code :
/^[+-]?\d+$/
[
    '1234.789',
    '+1234.789',
    '12345678+',
    '+1234324',
    '-1234324',
    '12345789'
].forEach(function (str) {
    var result = str.match(/^[+-]?\d+$/);
    if (result) {
        console.log('  valid: ' + result);
    } else {
        console.log('invalid: ' + str);
    };
});
invalid: 1234.789
invalid: +1234.789
invalid: 12345678+
  valid: +1234324
  valid: -1234324
  valid: 12345789

this one helps. The first regex below will match any variations without uniform number separators: That means +00 00.00-00.00 00 is valid. If that's not the intention, you can use the second or third regex pattern below.
code :
\+\d{2}(?:[ .-]\d{2}){5}
\+\d{2}(?:(?:-\d{2}){5}|(?:\.\d{2}){5}|(?: \d{2}){5}| \d{2}(?:-\d{2}){4}| \d{2}(?:\.\d{2}){4})
\+\d{2}(?: \d{2}([ .-])\d{2}(?:\1\d{2}){3}|([ .-])\d{2}(?:\2\d{2}){4})
var t = ['+00 00 00 00 00 00','+00 00-00-00-00-00','+00-00-00-00-00-00','+00.00.00.00.00.00','+00 00.00.00.00.00']
var r = /\+\d{2}(?:[ .-]\d{2}){5}/

t.forEach(function(n){
  if(r.test(n)) console.log(n)
})
