I think the issue was by ths following , You have to execute your site.p2 target several times, to provide a build for each platform.
See the tutorial on the Eclipse wiki or on Ralf Ebert's blog about more specific details.

it helps some times Could you check the way you include the css file/files? The problem is somewhere around CSS, try including it inline.
UPD: The issue is due to normalize.css

This might help you Let's start with the obvious: The things that you want to aggregate into the p2 repository need to be in the target platform because the build can only use things that are in the target platform. But this doesn't seem to be your problem - there is rather a problem with the dependencies of the things you want to aggregate.
Currently, the dependencies of the aggregated content also needs to be in the target platform. You should be able to create a joint RCP&RAP target platform by merging the configuration from both your parents.
