    Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
    String connectionQuery="jdbc:odbc:Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=path upto the database;uid=; pwd=password here;";

    con = DriverManager.getConnection(connectionQuery,"","");
    st=con.createStatement();
    stmt=con.createStatement();

   }
    catch(Exception ex)
    {

     System.out.println("exception is"+ex);
    }

this one helps. You've been at this for days. Honestly, it's not that hard to connect to a relational database using Java.
I don't know what the deal is with Microsoft Access. I've used it before on small problems with minor success, but I wouldn't recommend it now that there are so many other alternatives available.

wish of those help As I known, I think you can't generate connection string using Python for Azure SQL Database, because you can't get the user and password required for the connection string via SQL Database REST APIs or classic REST APIs.
However, you can generate the connection string without user and password as connection string template via using the REST APIs Get Database, Get Server, List All Databases & List All Servers to extract the attributes server name & database name.
ODBC Connection to Connect Ms Access to an Oracle Database

ODBC Connection to Connect Ms Access to an Oracle Database

To fix this issue First install the Oracle ODBC driver. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/windows/index-098976.html If MS Access is the 32 bit version, you will need the ODBC data source administrator 32 bit version. Add a file DSN or user DSN, with the Oracle driver. If it works, create a linked table, and check the ODBC connection string. Start to use DSN-less tables for security reasons, if you plan to deploy the front end on other computers. This example code is for MySQL, so the ODBC string will be different: ms access; how to move it into inaccessible state / DSN-less table without password

this will help The issue with the Eclipse project was that it was actually running under Java 8, so the JDBC-ODBC Bridge was not available. Changing the run configuration to use a Java 7 JRE solved the problem.
