Hope that helps Not sure if GDI+ could be considered as native win32. In case you can use it check the following example: CodeProject

it fixes the issue I have spent the whole day trying to make a script which on "submit" hides the form and shows hidden with animated progress bar. The problem is that Internet Explorer doesn't show animated gif images in hidden divs. The images are static. I visited many websites and found a script which uses: , Try:
code :
(new Image).src="/images/load.gif";

I think the issue was by ths following , As far as I know, this is not possible.
Stuff like this is usually done using the "CSS sprites" technique, where the various stages are glued next to each other into one giant image. That image will then be used as background-image in a smaller element. background-position will determine which image is shown.

I wish this help you Well, a friend gave me a tip for a workaround:
Make a UIImageView of the animated image, and embed it as a subview into another not-animated container UIView, and use this not-animated container view as the image of the MKAnnotationView.

should help you out There has been a regression in React Native 0.46 which, fortunately, has been fixed in 0.48.2 (see this issue and this PR). That's why you're having the issue with recent Expo versions. I've had this problem with custom parallax images, and this was solved by building a custom binary with RN 0.48.3.
Your code is fine, even though I would recommend setting scrollEventThrottle to 1 as this really helps smoothing things out on iOS.

To fix the issue you can do So long story short I've solved my eval.py problem, turns out in data_generator.py there was the following line of code that was trying to decode my encoded .gif shards:
code :

  def _parse_function(self, example_proto):
    """Function to parse the example proto.

    Args:
      example_proto: Proto in the format of tf.Example.

    Returns:
      A dictionary with parsed image, label, height, width and image name.

    Raises:
      ValueError: Label is of wrong shape.
    """
    def _decode_image(content, channels):
        return tf.cond(
          tf.image.is_jpeg(content),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_jpeg(content, channels),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_png(content, channels))

    features = {
        'image/encoded':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.string, default_value=''),
        'image/filename':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.string, default_value=''),
        'image/format':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.string, default_value='jpeg'),
        'image/height':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.int64, default_value=0),
        'image/width':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.int64, default_value=0),
        'channels':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.int64, default_value=3),
        'image/segmentation/class/encoded':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.string, default_value=''),
        'image/segmentation/class/format':
            tf.FixedLenFeature((), tf.string, default_value='png'),
    }

    parsed_features = tf.parse_single_example(example_proto, features)

    image = _decode_image(parsed_features['image/encoded'], channels=3)

    label = None
    if self.split_name != common.TEST_SET:
      label = _decode_image(
          parsed_features['image/segmentation/class/encoded'], channels=1)
    def _decode_image(content, channels):
          return tf.cond(
          tf.image.is_jpeg(content),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_jpeg(content, channels),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_gif(content))

    def _decode_label(content,channels):
          return tf.cond(
          tf.image.is_jpeg(content),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_jpeg(content, channels),
          lambda: tf.image.decode_png(content, channels))

    image = _decode_image(parsed_features['image/encoded'], channels=3)
    label = _decode_label(
          parsed_features['image/segmentation/class/encoded'], channels=1)
