wish help you to fix your issue According to Code Style Font Survey (actually the best estimate you can have) Arial Black is commonly installed on about 97% of Windows and Mac computers and 68% of Linux machines. So, it's fairly safe to use it, but you got to provide substitutes for it in your font stack. Something like:
code :
.my-style { font-family: 'Arial Black', 'Arial Bold', Gadget, sans-serif;

This might help you Your property values are invalid. you need RGB codes for the values to be valid. Try the below style.
No need of border-color if border:none, Similarly color doesn't make sense here too.
code :
hr{
background-color: #ac8900;
height:2px;
}

this one helps. OK, it seems that PHP did not default support Section 5 of RFC 4648, "Base 64 Encoding with URL and Filename Safe Alphabet." This function allows PHP to handle the 4 out-lier chars before base64_decode:
code :
function base64url_decode($base64url) {
    $base64 = strtr($base64url, '-_', '+/');
    $plainText = base64_decode($base64);
    return ($plainText);
}

will help you After adding a margin: 20px, everything works as expected. I was able to keep the transform as well.
What I believe is happening is that the font requires more space than the content div actually has. When opacity reaches 1, the text is fully rendered and goes outside the bounds of the div, causing a small shift.
